We don't know yet, but I imagine you'll need to set up a account for the shipping process, particularly if you want to upgrade to the $99 package that includes the SD card and headphones. All pre-orders should be open to the $99 pack, however there is a quantity limit on the pack (50,000 pre-orders) so in theory they could run out. If the promo process is anything like it was for the Samsung pre-order, you'll basically go through a checkout-like system on Samsung's site, where you buy the upgrade, plug in billing and shipping info, and then it'll be processed that way. The site should be open after the pre-order date for people who didn't order directly from Samsung.
